Can I create custom pricing structures per customer?
Yes, in LinkLogiq you can create an unlimited number of pricing levels and assign them to an individual customer, specific job, or zone, depending on your company’s pricing structures. This will allow you the flexibility to have customer specific or jobsite specific pricing and eliminate billing issues caused by human error.
Who can use the Customer Application?
You can allow all your customers to use the LinkLogiq Customer app or limit it to selected customers. On the customer app, your customers will have the ability to order new services, view current/open tickets and track past tickets.
How do I track my assets?
Asset tracking is seamless in LinkLogiq with the use of optical character recognition. Each ticket workflow is set up to track assets in real time through the LinkLogiq Drivers app.
